Prepaid activation from abroad

Hello,

I have bought a prepaid card in KPN while I was in The Netherlands but I did not activate it when in the country. Now I am in Switzerland and I desperately need to activate It The number is already updated in my profile section “Persoonlijke opmerkingen”. Can you please support me on this?

Hello,
SIM card number and mobile number are stored under " Persoonlijke opmerkingen " in the profile.
