Prepaid for refugees: no internet in Belgium?

hello please advice me how to activate the kpn roaming service, i have a prepaid ukranian refugee card,and when i go to belgium it send me sms but there is no interent

That's unfortunate @Michael Wolf Michael and I will gladly assist you. Does it concern a regular prepaid card from KPN? Does it function properly when you are in the Netherlands? Can you provide me with the mobile number in you're profile?
