Prepaid SIM activation doesn't work from Germany

Hi, 

I really hope you guys can help me. me and my colleuges bought Prepaid-Cards from the Netherlands. The person in the shop did not tell us to use the card in the netherlans first. Now we are back in Germany and can not activate the SIM - Card. I tried looking for a service number but could’t find any. Can you help us?

Hi dear Mods,

 

my collegeue couldn’t activate her card via hotline. The service worker does not know how to. Could you please activate it? The number is under my profile under “Persoonlijke opmerkingen”.
