Hallo, 

 i blocked my prepaid kpn sim, and i need Puk code , but i lost it.

I tried to request Puk code on KPN website, i put my 06 numer and simkartnumber, but it says that comination is not correct…

I am sure i oput correct 06 number and correct sim number…

is prepaid sim..

what to do? help

Hi @Margherita, welcome here! Please fill in your forum profile with both the 06 and sim card number (you can use the field klantnummer mobiel for both). Reply here when you've done so, and we will look into it :)
