Sim card activation not working prepaid

Hello,

 

I have bought yesterday a kpn sim card, installed it in the mobile phone, and installed the prepaid app.

 

Setup the number there and it says I am going to receive a message saying the card is activated, but it never receives it.

 

Can you help me with this?

I have activated the simcard. If you turn your phone off and on, you should be able to use it: can you confirm this?

Hi @George212! Welcome! I’m sorry to hear that your simcard isn't activated yet. Can you please fill in your profile, the mobile number and simcard number? With this information we can check the status. Please give a sign here, when you have added the required information, thank you!
