Unable to receive calls with new prepaid simcard

I purachsed a pre-paid simcard and I was told that I didn’t need to purchase any credit that It would be completely fine to receive call.

I noticed that I not the case, I am not able to received call so i wanted to check if there is anything I need to do

To activate your prepaid card you'll need to place an outgoing call. You can call us on 0800-0402 if you want

The KPN Prepaid activation call, can it really be a free outgoing call, or must it be a payed outgoing call (first use of included E 2,50 call credit)?

In either case, the activation call must be made while connected to the KPN mobile network, so NOT while roaming abroad.

it just needs to be a call on our network, this could also be our free number!
