I bought the 1GB data bundle yesterday but I cannot use it because there is an Unlimited data bundle which is active. However, I never activated the Unlimited data bundle.

 

Now, I cannot use the 1GB data bundle - the speed is too slow.

 

@Marcia_ Hi, I have the same problem. Can you please help me to deactivate the Unlimited bundle so that I can use the 1GB bundle? Thanks

Hi @ruzaikr! It seems like you ordered the sim card with the unlimited bundle. I am not able to deactivate it. It has been active since June 2020. I need to ask a colleague if this is possible through a different department. If I receive an answer, I will of course let you know by writing a reply.
