I haven’t topped up my sim for over 6 months. I’m wondering if I can still use if I top it up. And also I’d like to find out if I can use my bundles in Germany such as internet and call services. Can you please let me know?

Keep in mind a prepaid subscription will automatically be suspended and terminated if it has not been used for 9 months.
You can use all of our services as well in germany or any european country! More info on that here: https://www.kpn.com/prepaid/buitenland.htm
