Received invoice with wrong amount

Hello I took phone for 26 per month, now I recieve 215 eiro factuur. I Will not pay it.

Can you check the confirmation you received when you ordered your subscription with phone? The invoice confirms my assumption that you’ve selected the phone with a down payment (of €204) combined with monthly payments during the rest of your subscription.

As I’m a customer like you, I can’t check your situation further. You can call KPN on 0800-0402 or wait for the reaction of a KPN employee here. This can take several days as it’s busy on the forum.

Hi @E Grigorjevs , did you have a look at the invoice? On page 2 the costs are specified in detail. When it’s the first invoice there might be one-off costs like activation costs for â‚¬25. Do you have a phone with your subscription? You can opt for a down payment combined with monthly repayments.

I took phone for monthy payments, sorry 46 € additional to my subscription.  But not 204 eiro.
