No English subtitles on Pathé Thuis movie

I bought a movie from Pathe thuis but the subtitles are only in Dutch 😭

how can I get a refund?

I presume the film was not English spoken and you did not understand it?

If you rented it via the KPN menu you unfortunitly cannot get a refund.

If you rented or bought it directy via the Pathé app you can get a refund. Contact their customer service.

Pathé works only for the Netherlands. Therefor they only have Dutch subtitles. Subtitles in other languages only cost them extra while the service is only available in the Netherlands. Other services are (more) international as Netflix, HBO max, Disney+.

This country is not always very modern, particularly in supporting multiple languages.

Canceling a Movie
A movie purchased or rented via Pathé Thuis can be canceled within 14 days of purchase by contacting Pathé customer service. The movie can only be canceled if playback has not started. For all contact options, please visit contact page.
