Can I use a TP-Link Archer AX23 with my KPN connection?

I installed the router and make all the steps correctly but the internet light in the router is red from the beginning of the the installation till the end, do you know what can I  do in this case please?

Can you show a screenshot of your WAN configuration?

I can not now but all lights were green except the internet light is red all the time.

The first one is when the router is connected directly to the modem and the second one wen the new router is connected to the old router.

You have set the connection type to Dynamic IP but you need to use the connection type PPPoE.

the router detected automatically, but even even when I set it to PPPoE it asked me about email and password but nothing happen after. 

I assume you connect the Archer directly to the NTU/ONT and not to the Experia/KPN Box. Is that correct?

Are you sure that you setup the pppoe connection on vlan 6?

The pppoe login (user/password) can be anything as long as so thing is entered.
