Experia 10A 2.4GHz not working anymore

Hello, I write here after having contacted the customer service 3 times and they told me to write here.

I think I have a defective modem (10A). Today, all of a sudden, the 2.4GHz network is not working anymore, while the 5GHz is working fine.

In the gui, both radios are on, but all my devices pick up only the 5Ghz (I can see with wifi scanner app on different android devices), and all the devices that are 2.4GHz compatible only don’t work.

I reset the modem with the toothpick for 10 seconds, reset it again via gui, reset the wifi settings, changed the SSID name, turn off and on the 2.4ghz radio, change channel, power, wifi settings, no luck.

It seems a HW issue. The 2,4 just doesn’t work anymore.

 

Can someone send me a new modem?
