Our intercom, Panasonic (analog) is part of our IP telephone central on a KPN line. Only when we receive a telephone call we do not receive the intercom request at the building’s front door. We have been given the advice to direct our KPN telephone subscription to a 06 mobiel telephone. This way we can recieve the Intercom request while being called on the phone and ask the telephone call to wait while we answer the intercom (wissel gesprek). Is this possible? A KPN worker at 0800-0402 said we might need a SIM card in the Intercom or Grandstream ATA HT802 to change it to IP. Or is a new intercom needed? I speak and read Dutch and would appreciate being called as soon as possible to solve this problem ********** Sid Bachrach

Hi @Sid Bachrach, welcome! You could order a simcard, but if you want to use this in an intercom, it must be a mobile data simcard with a 097-number instead of a 06-number. In what kind of intercom it works, I don't know! If you want to purchase this businesswise, it might be a good idea to contact us via 0800-0403. If you want to purchase it on your consumer account, there might be someone in the community who can help you with it!
