Is the table to change my KPN service for another provider. My Wifi is always bad. I am working from home, have a kid using a tablet and is always failing. How is possible that new clients have access to new improvements products and I need to pay to have them. I am customer for more then a year. If nothing is done to fix the issue I will definitely quite KPN.

I am so disappointed with my service.

Can you please update your profiel and give me a heads up if you’ve done so? I'd like to run a diagnostic on your line, to see if I can find any errors!
