Zoom crashes when I share my screen

Hello, I just connected to KPN at my home. 

Since then, every time I try to share my screen via zoom application, it crashes! it did not happen in the old house when I was with Ziggo. 

I have very good wifi reception and I don't understand what's the problem? can someone advise?

    If Zoom works but crashes when you try to share our screen, this has nothing to do with KPN but with your PC, its operating system or the Zoom application.

    I agree with Ernst-Jan, if Zoom works fine if you don't share your screen it sounds like a problem with the application itself. You could try a reinstall or an update for Zoom.
