Subscription not activated

Everything is fine, my friend checked everything and everything is ok with the router. Why won't you activate my subscription?

My subscription was activated today and still no internet.

Why should I wait for a technician? Why if the problem can be solved remotely? Making money for nothing?

Hello @Vision, i understand you ordered KPN. Today should everything work. If you don't have connection, the fastest way to get help is to call 0800-0402. An agent from the customer service can give right away support and take the steps needed to get your connection activated.
