Struggling to get the WiFi Extenders configured

Greetings Team, 

I’ve followed the installation help from KPN for my WiFi extenders and tried every possibility. 

When I insert the cables into the extenders, they blink and persist as green. However, the moment I plug them out they turn back to purple.

In the past, the Extenders would show up for a scan on KPN Thuis app and I was able to specify the password and get it to work. I think something breaks after the update in the app. Now the App doesn’t recognize that I’m trying to couple a WiFi extender.

What is the best way to resolve this issue?

First some general information and tips: 

If these tips don't resolve the problems, could you let me know what SuperWifi points you’re using (black or white) and what router you have? I'd also like to know which version of our software is currently running on your router. 
Then we can figure out the next steps!
