Hi Guys,

when logging into my account today I could still find all my folders (around 35) under “incoming mail”.

Well, during the updating of my emails and moving them into the right folder,  suddenly  approx. 30 folders went missing.   Can’t tell where they’ve gone.  Very, very strange.  

So, is KPN working right now on the mail-accounts, or why can those folders disappear ??

What can I do now to find them back, as there are a lot of important emails missing.

Hi Biggi, welcome here! That is indeed strange. The migration should not cause mailboxes to disappear. Does this concern the mailbox you've used to create this forum profile? If not, could you update your profile with your zipcode/homenumber/customer number and add the affected mailbox in the “Persoonlijke opmerkingen” field?
