Hello,

I have both sim card and home internet from KPN. My mobile account has correct IBAN set, while Internet has wrong one. I want to change latter or (even better) merge them somehow, so I wouldn’t need to set IBAN in two accounts.

 

I tried to change IBAN several times, but each time I set it, I see previous (wrong) one. How can I change IBAN?

You have to call 0800-0402.
