Cancelled subscription, but still received invoice for an entire month

Hi KPN,

Last month (09-02-2022) I gave a call to cancel my subscription, so for this month I will only pay 10 days internet fee for KPN, but actaully the invoice showed me KPN deduct 1 month fee from my account, so please do a correct calculation and refund my money back, thanks.

Hello @invoice, first you will receive a invoice for the whole month of March. After the due date of your cancellation, the invoice system will correct the amount of money you paid to much. 
And you will receive an invoice with the credit in your inbox. The money will be returned to your bankaccount.
