Hi Team,

 

I want to change the name on my contract and update it with my married name how do I do this, I am trying to cancel my subscription due to emigration but because the contract is in my old name it is not being accepted.

You can also call my colleagues on 0800-0402 or 0031612001200 (from abroad) but keep in mind they're only open during office hours

Hi ​@ACormier, welcome to our community! I can't help you with your specific case but I think my colleagues of the cancellations department should be able to look into this. Have you spoken to them yet? Do you get the error filling in the form or did your request get denied?

Hi Thomas,

 

I have tried calling multiple times but I don’t get an answer…

 

No error my internet at home was cancelled without issue but my mobile subscription has not - I know it is still in contract but I would like to settle the bill and disconnect from KPN.
