Hi,

I have been charged for having had no internet connection for the month of October. Literally my internet connection was set up today by the mechanic. I am a new customer. How do I fix this issue? I don’t speak Dutch so navigating phone menus is highly complicated as well!

Have a look at your invoice. Are you sure you were charged for October? KPN charges you in advance for the coming month. So the charge may be for November.

I see that @Hsd already gave you some good information. This is correct, the invoice is always for the coming month. Did you already take a look at your invoice? You can look this, as wel as your personal information and contract, in MijnKPN. It is in Dutch, but I hope you'll be able to translate it (for example with Google Translate).
