Contract transfer isn’t succeeding, the documents have already been submitted

Hallo!

I have sent all the docuements for a Contract Takeover around the 21st of January 2026, and it said it should happen within 7 business days.

I still got an invoice attached to my bank account number, so I have to guess the contract takeover did not happen, and the only way to contact customer service is trough the AI bot that is not aware of the existence of phone numbers that are not dutch.

I have blocked any payment towards KPN, as I am not going to pay for someone elses incompetence, but is there a way to properly contact customer service without going through the hellhole of an AI bot?

You can call KPN on the phone number: 0800-0402.

I personally advise against blocking debits at the bank, as this can lead to collection fees.

I'm not sure why your contract transfer hasn't happened yet. I hope my colleagues can tell you more about this.
