Double invoice after changing the contract to someone else

Hi,

I am moving out of my apartment, but my friend is staying and we arranged a contract change via the KPN forms sent through email. I think the contract switch worked because she got an email along with June’s invoice. But here’s the issue - I got it as well even though she is the one on the contract now.

 

Does it mean I ignore mine and we pay hers? My invoice came earlier than hers - by a few days.

Hi @Kostrz, welcome to the community. One of them should be paid, not both of them of course. At the end of the day it shouldn't matter which one is paid, since it's for the same subscription and the same time period. Do you usually transfer the amount manualy, or does it happen automatically? If it is the latter, it will happen automatically.

To make sure which one it is, it's best to call us at 0800-0402. That way a colleague can check this with you.
