Geen antwoord over contract overname

I haven’t received any reply about my contract transferred. and my invoice is still coming in the previous name. it was already applied on 7th April. 

why is it taking too long to transfer from one company name to another company name?

i don’t want to have my next fatuur in previous company name.

The forum can't do anything for you here.

You can call the customer service with the toll-free number of KPN 0800 0402 Available on: Mon-Fri between 08:00 - 18:00, Sat. 08:00 - 17:00.

Closed on Sundays and public holidays

You can also make a calling-appointment yourself, scroll down until you see: Maak een belafspraak

KPN will then call you immediately, or at a time that suits you.

Normally it takes up to three weeks but holidays like Easter and King’s Day can delay the process as people are off work. Did you have a confirmation when you submitted the request?
