I am a KPN customer. In 2023, I signed up for three cell phone lines and Wi-Fi for my apartment. In December 2025, I notified you that I was moving to a new apartment in March 2026 Since then, I have had nothing but problems and inconveniences with your company. I have tried to cancel several times  After trying to set up service at the new address, it wasn't possible—the technical support is terrible—and I've been trying to cancel the contract since April 2026. I'm not willing to pay any more bills. I want a solution immediately. And I want to cancel everything with this company.

I forgot to mention that I've called, cancelled, used the mijnkpn app, gone to the Den Bosch store, and now I'm contacting kpn here. By the community. I won't pay any more bills for a service I don't have. Furthermore, they should refund part of the bills I've paid since April.

Hi @Michael 2004col

Welcome to the KPN community.

I understand from your story that you have experienced nothing but problems and inconveniences with KPN recently.
Naturally, that is not pleasant, nor is it our intention.

Unfortunately, you do not describe exactly what these problems and inconveniences are, so that we can provide you with proper advice and assistance.
Would you please provide this information?

If you have already decided for yourself that you would like to leave KPN, the best way to cancel your subscriptions (mobile and fixed internet) is by phone; that is also the fastest method.
To do this, call customer service at 0800-0402 (or 1200 from a KPN mobile connection).

After the voice response has asked you the reason for your call, please say the following:

I want to speak to an employee, and after the second question, cancel.

You will then be directly connected to an employee who handles cancellations.

Please note! If you are still within the contract period for one of your mobile or fixed internet subscriptions and you cancel, you will subsequently receive a cancellation fee for the remaining duration of your contract.

If you are out of contract, only the statutory notice period of 1 month applies, which starts from the day of cancellation.

Additionally, I advise you to simply pay all upcoming invoices from KPN, as otherwise you will face even more problems, such as reminder fees and collection costs.
Anything you have overpaid will be refunded to you by KPN after the termination of your subscription; you will receive a final invoice for this.

Unfortunately, cancelling via the community is not possible; for this, you really need to call KPN customer service yourself.

Hi @Michael 2004col

I really advise you to simply pay the invoices, as otherwise you will end up in the debt collection process, with the associated extra costs for reminders and collection fees.
Anything you have overpaid will be refunded to you with the final invoice.

Additionally, in the event of cancellation, you are bound by the statutory notice period of 1 month, which applies to both mobile subscriptions and fixed internet.
