Hello, I switch to another provider as of today. How can I be sure that my subscription at KPN has ben cancelled?

I see the description isn't cancelled yet. I also see that you used the ‘Overstapservice’ from the new provider. That should mean if you have internet from the new provider they normally let us know to cancel your subscription. So if everything works, please contact your new provider to settle it al. When cancelled you will receive a conformation e-mail like kevster already said.

I got in touch with the new provider and learnt that they notified KPN by 30.04.2022. Checking MijnKPN I still see my product and didn’t get an confirmation e-mail. Do I need to take some action about this?


I don't see that notification. Please get in touch with your new provider again so the can fix this. Or you can cancel your subcription yourself by calling 0800-0402.
