I ordered an iPhone 16 Pro but didn't get it

Hi,

I was order before 2 weeks phone in KPN. PostNL bring me to old location but I’m in new location. I still didn’t get phone… so I need to pay 726 euros for iPhone 16 Pro or not.

 

i don’t have phone yet.

Welcome to the community ​@David Tost. I don't know if I understand you correctly. Did you move house after ordering the phone, or were you staying somewhere else when the phone was delivered? Does the order status say it was delivered, or returned?
