I still haven't received my welcome gift

I have a complaint related to KPN holding their part of the contract.

 

I got my internet connection live with KPN on 4 of Nov. As per KPN. I was promised for welcome gift with 2 years contract. Unfortunately, I HAVE NEVER received anything yet. I keep calling helpline. First they say continue to wait. Then after a week they say to talk to third party for gift. Third party tells me KPN have not authorized, approved the gift so they cannot send me anything. Then I call KPN again and KPN have no clue, they need 3 days just to check what is happening within their own company. I am amazed to see this level of performance and commitment by KPN when you are strict on collecting invoices and offering offers and then never fulfilling KPNs side of the deal. Holidays start from next week onwards. I have no idea If i will even get anything this year. I have already paid for 2 months invoice and KPN clueless about the gift. I am extremely disappointed in KPN's service and I am now starting to consider if the made the right choice of moving to KPN.

Thanks for reaching out. I’m really sorry to read about your experience. This is not how it’s supposed to go, and I can imagine how frustrating it must be to keep chasing something you were promised.

To look into this properly, could you let us know which welcome gift it concerns? That helps us check the correct promotion. And has there been any update since your last contact with our colleagues?

Hi ​@haroonshaikh . I looked up the deal.  Did you follow all instructions as mentioned on this page?

It is essential you followed these steps.  And if you did and it was succesvol but you still havent received your gift, it is advised to contact Samsung.   

They should be able to assist you further

Yes, I have been following the steps already. I am stuck on step 4 where I have to enter a code. If you read my first post you will see i mentioned third party is not sending me code as KPN has not authorized them. so the problem is bouncing between KPN and third party and I being the customer is suffering from delay.

That's unfortunate.  Samsung should take care of this like it reads in the instructions:

 

 

Translation: If you have issues with the code, contact Samsung ..  

Sadly I have no means of helping you. This is something Samsung needs to fix.  Can you try to contact them again?

I have already contacted the third party. The problem is I have not received the code. so how can i Place an order with samsung?
The third party told me clearly that they cannot send me a code because KPN have not authorized them to do so, and I should talk to KPN first to authorize them so that they can send me a code and then I can place an order.

Unfortunately, Helpline is also clueless,  Have talked to 6+ KPN customer reps and no one as of now is able to resolve the issue and today.

This is really a poor service from KPN. I wonder If I am actually being scammed by KPN into a 2 year contract. Pls share with me official KPN email where I can officially send a complaint email and then I will take this up with Geschillencommissie Telecommunicatiediensten.
