I want to cancel my mobile subscription because Combivoordeel is not active

Hello,

I bought the KPN mobile phone subscription last year in Nov-2023 with a 3 year contract because there were flyers in my area for KPN glass fiber and I could benefit with the combined offer of glassfibere & mobile.

 

So to take the advantage of combined offer I got KPN mobile phone subscription with iPhone 14.

The installation of glassfibere at my address/area has since been delayed multiple times and I had received call from KPN few months back that my order to get glassfiber is cancelled due to delays.

Now the Mobile phone plan without combined offer is double the cost of what I was paying previously, with no fault of mine.

 

Is it possible to cancel this contract. If so how can I initiate the process ?

Hi ​@Kunal Bagul. That's unfortunate set of circumstances. I find the offer you received peculiar because of the terms of the contract. You don't have a regular internet subscription from KPN at home which could substitute the for the fiber one? Also i don't recognize the duration of the contract. Normally it's one or two years and the discount you receive with combivoordeel is limited to € 7,50 . 

Did you receive this offer directly from KPN or another party?
