Is my invoice correct after all the discounts?

Hey! I subscribed to the "first year for 35 euros" promotion but was charged almost 82 euros. In my account, the tariff is 52 euros.
Yes, ok, 25 euros for connection. But for what 56.83? And why my tarif fare is different from the one I chose?
I called on the phone, and they promised to sort it out and refund the price difference, but nothing has happened.

As a forummember and customer like you, I'll try to give an explanation.

First the €52 for your chosen product in your account. This shows the price without the discount. The discount will be applied on the invoice during the appropiate period.

Then the €56,83.  As it is your first invoice the invoice covers a period longer than 1 month. The starting period (less than one month) and the regular month which you pay in advance. Have a look at page 2 of the invoice where you'll find the two periods specified. I think it will be €21,83 and €35,00.

Starting from the second invoice there will only be one period (the regular month in advance).
