KPN bestelling: bezorgadres wijzigen naar een PostNL-punt (ENG)

Hello - My new contract will start October 30 Account number: xxxx. I need to change the delivery address from the house to the local Post NL location but I cannot find a way to do that on the website. Please can this be changed? I have written to the KPN contact form but no reply received.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to make this change yourself through our website. I'd recommend scheduling a callback with our customer service so they can check whether the delivery address can still be changed.

Since your contract starts on October 30, I'd recommend contacting us as soon as possible to see what options are still available.
