KPN does not cancel my contract

Please read before giving me advice! And Don't tell me to talk with a bot!!I do NOT really know how to tell you about my move from the Netherlands, so, i have so far called you, been to one of your shops, sent evidence of my move and STILL you charge me a monthly fee!! Why? How on earth can I do more? I know that you do not care and try to charge me as long as possible, not honoring anything, since I move and will NOT visit any of your shops. I thought more of KPN, but YOU let me down and at the same time showed the arrogance that you so proudly call Dutch directness. , if any english speaker would like to call…

I understand you have already tried to cancel your contract via our customerservice, as well as in one of our stores. And yet, your subscription has yet to be terminated. Unfortunately, I cannot tell you why this hasn't happened yet, as I do not have access to your customer profile right now. With the information I have, I can only tell you that the correct way to cancelling your subscription when emigrating is to fill in the form here: Emigreren. Here, you can also read what evidence we need for the cancellation to be honored.
