My first invoice is higher than I expected

Hi, I got the first invoice and I was charged much more than I expected. I think it is because there are two periods. What I am wondering is why I get charged for the period 22.02-21.03 which I haven't even used yet already.

With KPN you pay 1 month in advance, which is why your first bill is higher than the rest of the year.

    With KPN you pay 1 month in advance, which is why your first bill is higher than the rest of the year.

      Hi @Claudiaaa! What @huistijger said here is correct. 

      What is important is to check the dates on the first invoice. You will see per day what you've paid. Also check the confirmation e-mail you got. It should say exactly what your normal monthly amount is. 

      You will find the specification of your invoice in your MijnKPN.
