Thanks for your reply. I understand it takes a bit more than a month. I contacted the customer care support multiple times, they are not sure when the invoice will be generated. Looks like an indefinite time. And they also say that without the invoice ,iPhone cost cannot be fully repaid which is in turn blocking my mortgage process. Is there any way to pay off the iPhone cost before the invoice gets generated? I am ready to go to a store if this can be sorted out there.
I also tried to schedule an appointment for this using link from your reply but I couldn't find any related topic to schedule one. It would be great if you can guide me.
