Paid for phone but order hasn't come

Hi ​@Szybix99 and welcome to our KPN Community. 

If you haven't had any updates on the phone yet, then check your order confirmation. If the phone is ordered then you should be able to track your order. 
There it will show when your phone will arrive (if the date is known) and what the status is. 

If you’ve been waiting for a long time, then either the order is delayed and you'll find information on that in the tracking link I sent here. The other option is that the order has been cancelled.
Whenever that happens we send you an e-mail to let you know the order has been cancelled. If you want to know why then

That is the next step. If the order has been cancelled then you'll automatically receive your money back within 2 weeks.
