Hello KPN forum,

 

I just received a reminder to send back the equipment, which I already have done. In the e-mail, it is written, that KPN has received the modem, but not the TV receiver, although I put both in the box. How is it possible that you have received one, but not the other if both of them were in the same return box. Can you please confirm that you have received both of them?

Sometimes this happens unfortunately. 

Put your personal details in your forum profile, the boxes with (Privé) behind them are only visible to you and KPN employees. Save your input by pressing “Sla wijzigingen op” at the bottom of the page.
Report back here when you’ve done so. Then a KPN moderator can look into this and inform the logistics department that everything has already been returned.
