Received an e-mail about cancelling my subscription, I did not do this.

Hello,

I received an email recently informing me that I had cancelled my internet and TV subscription, and my service will end,

However, there has been some mistake. I did not request a cancellation.

How can I continue all my subscriptions as they are, with no changes/cancellations?

Welcome to the community ​@rickemmines,  even though it's for something that’s not very nice 😕

If you didn't cancel yourself, I suggest contacting our customer service as quick as possible! We have a special departement for cancellations, and they should be able to figure out what went wrong. You can schedule a phone call, where we will call u back at the time of your preference.  You can request the phone call via our digitale assistent (scroll to the bottom of the page).  Please schedule a phone call as soon as possible, if you wait for to long your cancellation may have reached a point were we can't reverse it!
