I’ve ordered a subscription starting from January 6th, the day I will move to my new address. 

I see now in my confirmation e-mail that the installation package shall arrive before that date. Since no one will be in that address to receive the package, may I change the delivery address to that of a friend’s house? If yes, may you please guide me on how to proceed with the request?

Hi @AlessandroP! Welcome to the KPN forum. Are you still close to the original address? If the parcel can't be delivered it goes to a pickup point nearby. You can use the Track and Trace code to see where it has been sent. 

If the parcel has already been sent and you can't visit the location where it was picked up, please contact 0800-0402. We can send another parcel to the right address. 

If you can't contact us through 0800-0402, let me know here. Also fill out your profile if you do so, so we can accesss your data.
