KPN is the worst company for any contracts. Especially for foreigners!!
I had to sign a contract for internet with them and now, despite the options available, I can't get out early.
They said that I have the possibility to cancel the contract earlier because I am moving out of the Netherlands but I have been trying since 4 months now and I still can’t get out of it.
They are super hard to reach out to and they never responded to any of my emails except for automatic answers that never helped with any of my questions.
I deeply advise ANYONE, especially foreigners, go with another company.
I have never in my life had such a terrible experience!!

Hi @Savannah1. Welcome to the community! I’m really sorry to hear about your bad experience with canceling your contract and with customer service. That’s definitely not the kind of experience we want to provide.

It seems like there may have been some miscommunication, and I understand how frustrating this must be for you. Unfortunately, I can't assist you further through this channel. Would you be able to try reaching out to customer service via Facebook or Twitter? They tend to respond faster there and can help you resolve the issue.

Let me know how it goes!
