Why is it taking so long to get a wifi setup at my new location?

I've recently moved to my new place  it's been honestly quite frustrating trying to get a wifi setup at my new location and I've been trying and calling the office and so far I've been getting the runaround  no awnsers  from anybody  and it's got me wondering if I was of a whiter complexion would the lack of service be the same you guy's have a responsibility to give an honest and fair service and you guy's just don't deliver

Hi ​@Brutu6, welcome to the community. Don't worry, your complexion has nothing to do with this. I do understand it's very annoying when your connection doesn't work after you've moved. There could be a techincal problem in the network that causes a delay, but since your details are not on your profile, therefor I can't tell for sure.

Have you called us yet, and were they able to tell you more? That is the quickest way to contact us, and they can check the status of your connection with you. The easiest way to do that is make a callback appointment (terugbelaspraak) on our site.

Sir I've been trying to get a wifi subscription setup for a while now and a appointment as well so that someone could come and install wifi at my new appartement  and so far I've made numerous calls to your offices nobody can give a clear awnser on why it's taking so long to setup an appointment so far you were the only person who has said anything so why am i still waiting I'm trying to be your newest subscriber but i am not receiving that same love back so what on earth is going on? I wish i could say that i have an modem in my apartment but i don't have anything setup right now because i have no wifi router because nobody has awnsered for my subscription application that's why I'm so goddamn frustrated with all of this

I don't usually get upset I'm usually a very chill person  but I've been waiting and burning through mobile data packages that has cost me nearly in the 200 euro price range and I personally believe that due to the lack of attention and services from KPN i am owed restitution for being onpurposely ignored by the company, so now the question being how are you going to make this right?

I understand that you're frustrated, I'm trying to help you and see what the situation is. I see you've entered your address on t your profile, with that I didn't see a subscription. Was it a new connection, or are you moving an existing connection from another address? If it is the latter, it is most likely still registered at the old address. Can you add the old address in the 'Persoonlijke opmeringen’ field on your profile? With that I'll be able to check what I can see there.

I've recently moved in to my apartment building and I've been trying to get subscription started there isn't any router or anything set up yet it's been a month and numerous calls later and no starting progress was made no clear awnser was given or anything about when they could start the whole process 

Also my old address has nothing to do with the wifi i was living an assisted housing before i moved to my current adres

You don't understand sir i am a new customer to kpn....well at least trying to be the new customer i havent received anything yet from kpn no info of when i can expect the installation or anything it's been radio silence for a month someone needs to atleast start the paperwork or something cuz I've heard nothing from anybody

Thank you for the clarification. I didn't know that, like I said eralier, I only know what you tell me, when you don't mention something, I don't know that. On this address I can't see an orde. But I have found some logs from the calls you've had with out customer service. Apparantly the order hasn't been prosessed yet, because your financial help hasn't approved it yet. In the log from a call from yesterday, I read all the documentation was send to that help. Have you contacted them yet? They need to approve it before anything else.
