Retourzending gaat naar ander adres dan waarnaar het verstuurd is

Hello KPN team,

I did return my mobile packet to the adress on the kpn letter with the packet,

I return to antwoordnummer 17008, 2501 VG den Haag.

On ticket from Post Nl come the trac and trace Antwoordnummer 17008, 2501 VG Leidschendam ??

Why like this  ? and please confirm me what next ??

    @apexx That's no problem. Both ‘antwoordnummers’ are in use by KPN, and the equipment will be sent to the right address. Nevertheless, it’s confusing...
