Hello, I received a direct online pakket , and I would like an extra 50 gb because I still haven’t received or got any information about the real wifi box that I should get, Please help me .

Hij @Joseph94, welcome here! The quickest way to do this is to call 0800-0402 and say something like ‘noodpakket opwaarderen’.  The system can then automatically add new data. But this hinges on the system understanding what you are saying, so if you can't pronounce that in a somewhat Dutch way, it might not trigger.

If that doesn't work, either stay on the line until you get an employee. They can then request data to be added. Only this will take up to 24 hours to process. If you'd rather not call, we can help here, as well. In that case, fill out your forum profile and reply here when you've done so. We will then request the data for you.
