Hi,

I recently changed my address and my signal will be activated tomorrow. I took the modem and all the related pieces with me but I am missing aansluitdoosje which was already there in my previous address. How should I get one? Or can I get a technical team appointment?

With “aansluitdoosje” do you mean the IS/RA point? These have many shapes and forms. You can find some examples here on our site.

If you don't have that or can't find it I would recommend you call us at 0800-0402 as quickly as possible to schedule an appointment.
