I had an appointment today with the serviceman or technician, from 12.00 to 14.00, (I have my schedule too, common, you must be attentive to your customers), if you can't come just call and postpone the appointment, otherwise it seems that you do not respect our time…

Did it all get resolved? Or are there still issues?
