After moving: connection still not active

I moved house and used KPN app to plan the move well in advance. I got the email stating everything is ready yesterday however glas light still not on. How long does this normally take?

Normally customers receive an email that literally states that the connection is ready to use. At that point the fibre connection should normally already be active and working.

Did you also receive that specific confirmation email from KPN saying the service is ready?

If you did, could you perhaps post a photo of the fibre box / ONT in your home? Especially the status lights can tell us quite a lot about what may be going on.
