After switching to fiber my connection drops every x minutes

Hi Forum,

Sorry for writing in English; my Dutch isn't technical enough to explain the issue. I was upgraded to fiber two weeks ago (my neighbor was still on copper).

During the first few days, the connection was quite stable, even though it didn't reach the 200/200 promised in the contract. However, after those initial days, it became quite unstable. I tried factory reset the router but no success. As you can see from the logs below from the H369A, the connection drops five times in less than an hour and comes back after few minutes (masked part fo the IP):

Sometimes, this alone can solve the issue. You can also use our Online Service tool to check the connection. If the connection continues to drop afterward, you can contact our customer service by scheduling a callback. We’ll call you back at a convenient time to help resolve the issue together or arrange an appointment with one of our technicians.
