Bestelling status - extra onderzoek

Hallo, 

I subscribed two days ago to an abonement with kpn (internet). I filled out all information online and received confirmation. I then received a message saying that there was a need for « extra onderzoek » and was provided a link to access the status of my order. Howerver, it seems the link does not work. Could you perhaps come back to me and let me know what is the status of this order and whether i can indeed expect have internet by june 16 as indicated?

Good morning @Audreyc, i can inform you that you can expact your internetconnection by the 17th of June.

Enter your customer number(s) and Postal code and house number and telephone number in your forum profile. Click here which is only visible to KPN and to you, then they will know who you are.

So don't post here but in the link that you can click.
