Hi, I have been trying to reach KPN customer care since last 2 hours but no response.  I continuously have blinking internet light on the modem. Neither my TV works nor internet. Can some KPN staff help me please. It’s impacting my office work.

I'm sorry to hear that your connection doesn't work. Usually our customer service is the fastest way to get help, but I understand you cannot reach them. Can you tell more about the situation? Which modem do you have and which lights are on? Did you already try to reset the modem? Can you also add as much information as possible to your forum profile? Especially your postal code and housenumber. We are here until 22 o’clock, but then we can check your connection for you in the morning.
