Bringing forward the activation date, is that possible?

Hi,

I applied for the internet package on Wednesday and received the modem on next day. I plugged in the modem and completed all the connections, it is now ready to use. Is there a way to bring forward the activation date (currently it is July 4th) since everything is ready now?

Hi @nrls, it's a bit busy at the moment, so we didn't catch your topic earlier. 

To answer your question, we can't bring the installation date forward. This has to do with the network and signal which we need to make ready for use. I hope everything worked out in the meantime, and that you were able to start using your new internetconnection :)
